Scotch not quite what you wanted? Consider choosing from 3000 bottles of wine or from a complete inventory of bourbon and cognac, and the Sullivan's humidor cabinet is always stocked with the finest hand-rolled premium cigars. Grilled to perfection, Sullivan's house specialty is a 20-ounce bone-in Kansas city strip coupled with their signature iceberg wedge salad and bleu cheese dressing. Consider adding other sides, like horseradish mashed potatoes or a tower of homemade onion rings. The sides are enough for the whole table, so don't forget to share. Even though it says steakhouse, Sullivan's also serves highest quality fresh fish if you are in the mood for something from the sea. During peek times, you might want to consider making reservations, but then again, the wait gives you time to have a few martinis in the bar.
